Relationship Therapy
Relationships are central to our wellbeing and lives.
At SHIPS, we understand that sometimes we all need assistance to grow, heal or make some tough decisions about our relationships.
Our skilled relationship therapists are non-judgemental and don't advocate for any ideal relationship structure or sexual preference. We work in a collaborative manner with you to build a safe space in which to explore the presenting issues that have brought you to therapy.
We understand that entering therapy with a partner/s can feel very vulnerable, and we do our best to create an environment for individuals and their partner/s to identify and explore their connection in order to build strong, lasting relationships.
