Services for Organisations
Crisis and Critical Incident Consultation
SHIPS provides time-limited psychological crisis consultation to organisations responding to critical incidents that may impact staff wellbeing, leadership functioning, or organisational safety.
This service is particularly suited to organisations whose staff or clients include people from sex work, LGBTIQA+, neurodivergent, consensually non-monogamous, and kink/BDSM communities, and where inclusive, trauma-informed responses are essential.
Crisis consultation is grounded in an affirming, non-pathologising, and trauma-informed framework, supporting organisations to respond safely, ethically, and with psychological care.
This service may support:
Containment and stabilisation following acute incidents
Trauma-informed leadership responses
Psychosocial risk awareness and decision-making
Staff debriefing and short-term support where appropriate
Crisis consultation is consultative in nature and does not replace emergency services or ongoing clinical care.
Services are provided via retainer-based agreements or by prior arrangement.
