Melissa is a Relationship Therapist and Sexologist passionate about helping clients build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. She works with diverse relationship structures, including Monogamy, Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM), and Polyamory. Her approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and person-centred, tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Systemic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, Imago Relationship Therapy, and Psychosexual Therapy, Melissa supports clients through relational and sexual challenges, such as mismatched desire, performance anxiety, erectile difficulties, and painful sex. She also supports those in relationships to navigate complex dynamics, work through betrayal, explore unhealthy patterns, and foster deeper connection and understanding.

Melissa is sex-positive, sex work-friendly, and experienced in working with BDSM, kink, and fetishes. As a strong LGBTQIA+ ally, she believes everyone deserves to explore and express their sexuality safely, authentically, and free from shame.
